Susan Stine,
Certified Canadian Counsellor
Approach
As a counsellor, my top priority is to establish a sanctuary of safety and trust where confidentiality is respected and ethical standards are upheld. My primary aim is to ensure that each counselling experience is not only positive, but also brings about meaningful change and growth. While the counselling journey can involve difficult and intense emotions, I recognize the power of incorporating lightness and humor to create an enjoyable and effective experience.

How it works
In counselling, my primary goal is to guide and support you in a transformative journey towards reframing your experiences. By shifting your perspective and understanding, you can gain greater awareness and reduce the impact of long-standing patterns that have hindered your progress. This process empowers you, lightening the burden and increasing your willingness to pursue meaningful actions. Ultimately, it grants you the freedom to choose a life filled with love and courage, aligned with your personal desires and values.
